The line is specially used to produce high conductivity oxygen free copper rod. When the mould clamping wheel is changed, it can also produce other specifications of copper rod, copper tube and other cross-section products. The casting specification is copper rod Φ8-20mm, and the daily production capacity is about 24t. The melting furnace
adopts one set 500KG / 120kW electric furnace, and the holding furnace adopts one set 80kW electric furnace.
The annual output of two connected updraft continuous casting unit is 8000 tons / year. The unit is driven by imported servo motor and loaded with advanced pitch control system in China. Users can directly input pitch length to meet the special requirements of casting process.
